Unable to download media files from Cloudrun

I've been testing a composition with video in it, seems like there should be a defined egress policy to use a video file.

Example media file.
https://storage.googleapis.com/gtv-videos-bucket/sample/ForBiggerFun.mp4

I've encountered the error below. Note that render is successful on local machine.

From 4.0.40, this error is not present and I was able to render the video.
