Would love to see an option for Coolthulhu builds in the launcher.

Tensions between Coolthulu and Kevin are heating up and Coolthulu is going to be maintaining his fork of CDDA for the long haul. Much higher priority than before...

I already use the launcher to run Coolthulhu's version, would be awesome if I could also use the launcher to update it :D

The only reason I don't use Coolthulhu's fork is that it does not update often, if you did this I think many people would be happy.

Adding this to the launcher to increase interest might also increase the likelyhood of coolthulhu updating. I really hope both of those things happen...
