if `--clean` was sent to the `serve` command should the `reload` also nuke the output before re-rendering?

This also resolves render-engine/render-engine#916 making the note unnecessary.

I will ask here - if --clean was sent to the serve command should the reload also nuke the output before re-rendering? I ask because if the slug is changed the old and new files will both exist and both load properly which could cause confusion.

@brass75 - I moved this to another issue as to not prevent the PR

because you are passing both commands in, it makes sense for reload to nuke
