Fix warnings with -Wexplicit-ownership-type on fetched properties #208

When compiling with -Weverything (more specifically, -Wexplicit-ownership-type), clang produces the warning “method parameter of type 'NSError *__autoreleasing *' with no explicit ownership”.

__autoreleasing is the default for NSError**-like params, so this doesn’t change any behaviour, it just makes it explicit.

We are declaring pull request and issue 0 now that 1.3 is out. If this is still an issue you'd like to see address with 1.30 and going forward, please open a new issue so we can start a fresh discussion. Thank you!
