- By using TechSuite, you agree to this EULA.
- The software is licensed, not sold.
- TechSuite is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- You are responsible for choosing and running tools on client systems, including Custom Tools.
- Sacramento Labs is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or compliance failures.
- Some data may be used in anonymized or aggregated form with AI systems to improve TechSuite.
- Sacramento Labs may terminate your license at any time.
- All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento, California.
- Sacramento Labs’ liability is capped at the lesser of fees paid in the last 12 months or $1,000.
- You waive any right to bring or join class actions.
By signing up for a TechSuite account, installing, or using the software, you agree to this EULA with Sacramento Labs, LLC (“Sacramento Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
If you do not agree, do not install or use TechSuite.
Subject to this EULA, Sacramento Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install TechSuite solely on devices you have the legal right to control.
- Use TechSuite solely for IT diagnostics and computer repair.
- Use TechSuite within the limits of your subscription plan (e.g., number of CPUs, users, or devices).
You may not:
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the software.
- Exceed licensed usage limits.
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software.
- Remove copyright notices, license checks, or security features.
TechSuite is licensed, not sold. Sacramento Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including source code, object code, documentation, updates, and derivative works.
Sacramento Labs may, at its discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. Updates may be required for continued use. Sacramento Labs may also modify or discontinue features at any time.
You are solely responsible for how you use TechSuite, including but not limited to:

Tool Execution
Sacramento Labs is not responsible for the outcomes of running TechSuite tools on client machines. You are responsible for interpreting results and deciding which actions to take. -
Custom Tools
If you create, upload, or run Custom Tools within TechSuite, you are solely responsible for their licensing, legality, configuration, and effects. Sacramento Labs does not review, validate, or support Custom Tools. -
Third-Party Software
Some TechSuite tools may interact with third-party software or operating system features. Sacramento Labs is not liable for the behavior of third-party components. -
Client Data
You are responsible for any personal or sensitive data accessed or affected while using TechSuite on client systems. Sacramento Labs does not control or retain client content outside the scope of TechSuite. -
System Environment
TechSuite results may vary depending on the hardware, operating system, or software environment. You must verify the applicability and accuracy of results in your specific context. -
Backups
You are responsible for ensuring proper backups before running TechSuite. Sacramento Labs is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or downtime. -
Authorized Use Only
You must only use TechSuite on systems you are authorized to service. TechSuite must not be used for malicious, offensive, or unlawful purposes. -
Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, financial regulations) when using TechSuite in sensitive environments. Sacramento Labs does not certify TechSuite for regulated use.
TechSuite may collect and transmit limited data (such as hardware specifications, diagnostic logs, crash reports, license identifiers, and usage metrics) to Sacramento Labs in order to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure TechSuite
- Detect piracy and unauthorized use
- Improve TechSuite through analytics and feature development
- Use anonymized or aggregated data with AI systems to enhance diagnostics, summaries, and automation
Sacramento Labs does not access or use customer content outside the scope of TechSuite and does not sell data for AI training unrelated to TechSuite.
Some TechSuite features may be labeled as “beta,” “preview,” or “experimental.” Such features are provided as-is, may not be reliable, and may change or be removed at any time.
TechSuite and all related documentation are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of results
You acknowledge:
- TechSuite is a tool to assist IT professionals, not a substitute for professional judgment.
- TechSuite is designed to detect only certain faults; absence of alerts does not mean no issues exist.
- Results may vary depending on your environment.
- AI-powered outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading and must be independently validated.
- TechSuite must not be used in environments where failure could cause injury or severe damage (e.g., aviation, hospitals, defense, nuclear).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Sacramento Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Sacramento Labs will not be liable for any third-party claims made against you by your customers or end users.
- Liability for direct damages is capped at the lesser of fees paid by you for TechSuite in the 12 months preceding the claim or $1,000.
- These limitations apply even if Sacramento Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacramento Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of TechSuite on systems without authorization
- Your use of Custom Tools
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
- Your handling of client data
If you provide Sacramento Labs with feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant Sacramento Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback into TechSuite or other products without restriction.
This EULA is effective upon your first use of TechSuite and remains in force until terminated. Sacramento Labs may terminate this license at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice.
Upon termination, you must stop using TechSuite and delete all copies.
Subscription prices and license terms may be changed by Sacramento Labs with at least 30 days’ notice, typically via email or in-app notification.
Sacramento Labs does not guarantee that TechSuite will be available at all times or without interruption. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, or issues beyond Sacramento Labs’ control.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or access TechSuite if you are located in an embargoed country or are a prohibited person under U.S. law.
Sacramento Labs is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Sacramento County, California.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statements, representations, or warranties not expressly set forth in this EULA. Marketing materials, demonstrations, and verbal statements are non-binding.
- This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sacramento Labs regarding TechSuite.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Sacramento Labs’ failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- You may not assign this EULA without Sacramento Labs’ written consent.
- This EULA is written in English, which shall control in case of conflict with translations.
