Improve SMIL animation support

Users should be able to select, move, and resize animations using our timeline editor. Various bugs related to animation preview should also be fixed Timeline enhancements #191
Investigate supporting easing functions. Easing is not part of the SMIL specification, but it can be simulated by using keyTimes.
Record actions (e.g.moving a shape) and use the the diff of the before and after action to create the animation.
