As for those two specs, you shouldn't worry about. Since there are no significant changes, I am going to merge it quickly and make changes (if any.) I mean, you would better follow spec markup rules in the future ;)

OpenDKIM allows signing and/or verification of email through an open source library that implements the DKIM service, plus a milter-based filter application that can plug in to any milter-aware MTA, including sendmail, Postfix, or any other MTA that supports the milter protocol.
This spec is imported from EPEL (the OpenDKIM spec in EPEL) and upgraded to the latest version 2.5.2.
