Update CA Certs used? #654

I'm using the requests library to create a client request against an HTTPS server which has a valid cert (All browsers have "green" lock icon), but the cert comes from Godaddy and some CA's in the bundle aren't fully integrated into Node's default CA stack.

We're aware of javascript-code workarounds (adding CA path to request options), and node-comand-line workarounds (the "NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0" env variable trick), but we're wondering if there's something cleaner, like a fork of requests with better CA certs, or a command to install the bundle to a standard location node looks in.

Please advise, thanks.

@GeoffreyPlitt CA certs reside in node core. GoDaddy certs were recently added to Node 0.10 (see nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#6013, nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#7037). You should be able to talk to servers with certificates signed by GoDaddy using latest v0.10 release.
