Why?

Our previous architecture was not scaling enough and providing a lot of frictions in adding more capabilities like collaboration, templating, routing parameters, multiple responses, etc So we decided to revamp & rewrite our Mock Server & File Server which just got complete and live for everyone.

CORS is automatically handled so you don't have to worry about CORS errors when using mock API endpoint.

What's Improved?

  • UI is much quicker now.
  • Everything is editable now after creating mock (endpoint, status, request method etc.)
  • You get a dedicated endpoint like https://<username>.requestly.dev/<endpoint> and you can choose username from your profile settings
  • Url Endpoint now supports multiple path segments /users/1/profile

What's upcoming?

  • Collaboration
  • Support for templating in body.
  • Route parameters for dynamic endpoints.
  • Multiple responses.
  • Logs

Asks

Please try out Mock Server - https://app.requestly.io/mocks and let us know if you run into any issues.
