Support wildcard in bundle config

Bundles can contain a lot of modules, supporting wildcard in bundle config will greatly simply the configuration.

For example:

        bundles: {
            "office-ui-fabric-react": ["office-ui-fabric-react/*"]
        },

Otherwise, there are hundreds of modules to list in the bundle config. And the config must be modified every time a module is added/removed from bundle.
