the ctftime command should allow for multiple ctfs to run at once

this also ties into the writeup command..

maybe there should be an "active ctf" and this is somehow written into a task's .ret structure so a later writeup command can pickup what the active ctf was for this task?

maybe we should bring back the init command and it should ask you which ctf you are init'ing?
