resistics version 0.0.6rc1 window factor and overlap fraction in configuration file

When defining the window factor and overlap fraction in a configuration file, this is not picked up in subsequent processing. The error is in project.shortcuts.getWindowParameters with the configuration values not being passed to the WindowParameters instance.

This should have been fixed in commit 661ef1a

Now configuration parameters for window factor and overlap fraction are passed to the WindowParameters object in getWindowParameters.

This fix has been rolled into version 0.0.6 which was just released. Closing.
