#92 removed <iref> from <table>. This doesn't make any sense to me.

If there is a problem in the HTML spec's description about what to do with it, fix that.

Change based on information reported in https://www.ietf.org/id/draft-levkowetz-xml2rfc-v3-implementation-notes-09.txt, section 3.1.9. I'll follow up with @levkowetz and @linuxwolf to see if and/or how this should impact 7992bis.

Please undo the change.

There's absolutely no reason why <iref> inside <table> should be disallowed.
