### Description of your *issue*, suggested solution and other information

ABC iView allows users to stream prerecorded TV shows, but also has several livestreams (eg http://iview.abc.net.au/programs/abc-live-stream/IV1512H001S00#playing). youtube-dl works perfectly for the prerecorded shows, but does not work for the livestreams. (NB, an Australia IP is required for these streams)
