Routine Efficiency Monitoring System This is a realtional database designed to leverage existing data flows from Health Management Information System (DHIS2) and Financial Mangement System (IFMIS) to gneerate quarterly performance reports on the cost of servcies at the point of care so that potential efficiency gains can be identified and interventions to improve the efficiency of health service delivery can be monitored. Key performance metric is the unit cost of servcie by facility.
