When providing no attribute at all for the constructor J4pReadRequest() then this request should specify that all attributes should be read. This doesn't work yet and ends with an exception on the server side since an empty list of attributes (instead of no attributes at all) is sent.

Fix for #96, all attributes can be fetched now with J4pReadRequest, too.
