Updated project build files to reference StyleCop 4.7 instead of 4.6. #174

Codeplex only offers me 4.7. The .csproj files work with 4.6.

I manually hacked the csproj files with notepad, but that's not a viable long term solution.

Agreed - I can reproduce this after updating my install of StyleCop. Wish they would improve the way it works so that the project files don't need updating for each new version - it isn't like multiple versions can even be installed side-by-side!

Updated build files in 3494ba4. When the source code download is updated for the next release, that will include this update.

On the plus side, looks like they fixed the 64-bit build issues in the StyleCop msbuild files, so should be one less manual tweak in future for that.
