Fixed crash when a previously used provider no-longer exists. #196

If there are favourites or subscriptions stored for a provider which no-longer exists, the application crashes on startup.

Revolved in bff09d0 by checking that the provider exists before using the provider name. Any missing providers now show as <missing> in the list.
