Changed compiler arg from "-Xlint" to "-Xlint:unchecked".

Without restricting the argument to the "unchecked" version, Ant/javac
generated a bunch of warnings when dealing with some 3rd-party JARs. The
warning in question was "bad path element". Now this warning (which really,
means nothing) is not generated.

I found the fix for this issue here:
