If I accidentally run riemann with a config file path that doesn't exist, it tries to start anyway, and only fails because log4j can't be initialized:
% riemann ./oops/this/path/does/not/exist/config.clj
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (riemann.bin).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info.
Ideally, riemann should fail with some sort of "cannot load /path/to/config.clj" error.
Running with a nonexistent config now prints an error and exits.
