## Instructions
### Preparation

1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic for 10-12 minutes over a medium heat.
2. Add quick oats, breadcrumbs, parmesan, eggs, soy sauce, onion power, salt, and chili powder together in a bowl. Let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
