Very primitive preview version

For x64 Windows 10 systems (above 1809) only, for now, the patch needs VC2017 x64 runtime to work

1. Put two dll files into system32 folder
2. Launch a cmd or powershell window with administrative privilege
3. type and run 'regsvr32.exe ExplorerContextMenuTweaker.dll'

To uninstall, run 'regsvr32.exe /u ExplorerContextMenuTweaker.dll'

This is a very primitive preview version, not even alpha, crashing and lost of data may occur. Use at your own risk!
