  1. Adds "-u" and "-p" command line options for specifying AccuRev login.

Last piece required to be able to fully run from a single command line call, performing either an initial/full conversion or a resume.

  2. Enables "resume" option by storing last completed transaction.

Uses a custom git config key+value to store each transaction number as it is converted. Passing new "-r" command line switch (instead of "-t" switch) will cause load to start from transaction following the one found in the new config key+value.

  1. Improves command line parsing via nuget package.

Hasn't been tested yet, but should still be working as before.
Should add options for specifying accurev user/pass on command line, as well as whether or not to re-use an existing history file.

  1. Asks for AccuRev credentials on launch; creates persistent login.

Should no longer be limited to default timeout of a login (4 hours is the AccuRev default).
Username is also re-used as ACCUREV_PRINCIPAL environment value, so that config value has been removed.

Use "{root}" for stream name in command line options.

  1. Ingoring *.docstates files.

  2. Re-enabling initial commit when creating repo.

Adding empty .gitignore file so the add/commit is valid.
This fixes the issue of trying to switch to a new branch named
to match the AccuRev stream being converted, which cannot be done
prior to the first commit - git won't allow branch creation prior
    to the first commit.

  3. No longer hard-coding AccuRev user or AccuRev "dev" stream.

Both values are now specified in the app.config file.
Note: the AccuRev user is the one used to run commands against AccuRev.
This does assume, however, that AccuRev's "traditional" authentication is used.

  1. Commenting out git add/commit calls when initalizing new repo.

The working folder is empty, so the add/commit is ignored by git.
If it is truly necessary to have an initial commit done within git
prior to processing the first AccuRev transaction, then some kind of
file will have to be added to the working folder prior to running
the add/commit calls. Perhaps an empty .gitignore file, though it
really should be empty as we don't want to skip anything that was
promoted to AccuRev while processing those transactions.
