An 'Out of Memory' error is displayed when attempting to run a simulation where an Inflow or Outflow object is located outside of the domain. Note: this only happens when the object is on the negative side of the x, y, or z axis of the domain.

This has been fixed and will be included in the next version (1.0.3). Until this version is released, a workaround is to make sure your inflow is located partially inside of the domain at all times.
