What's this?

Event Assignment is a project I created that adds in a new behaviour for when someone is added as a Watcher and/or Owners using Virtual Attendants (Currently only under worker settings) it works inside the ticket scope not the notification scope allowing diff options to be done.

  • Requires 5.4.3 for the new owner function.

Installation using Git

  • Change directory to /cerb5/storage/plugins/
  • git clone git://github.com/rmiddle/cerb5blog.event.assignment.git
  • cd cerb5blog.event.assignment
  • git checkout --track -b 5.4 origin/5.4
  • In your helpdesk, enable the plugin from Setup->Features & Plugins.

Installation using zip / tar.gz

  • Goto https://github.com/cerb5-plugins/cerb5blog.event.assignment
  • Select the correct branch that matches your version of Cerberus
  • click Download button.
  • Unzip in to /cerb5/storage/plugins/cerb5blog.event.assignment
  • In your helpdesk, enable the plugin from Setup->Features & Plugins.

Note: Make sure you branch number matches your Cerberus Version Number.
