    oauth-wrap now works implementing an oauth provider on a server.
    
    Still todo:
    
    * GET and POST encoded OAuth
    * More signature methods
    * more tests. Base them on OAuth Ruby Gem tests
    * Implement token management.

    I suspect it is an encoding issue and will do deeper tests next on those.
