Checkstyle is a tool for checking Java source code for adherence to a Code Standard or set of validation rules (best practices).
This project is a specialized fork of Checkstyle to support older runtime environments of users who can't upgrade. This project tries to provide all the functionality of current checkstyle version for those older environments.
