Crunch theme: Intelligently select between RVM and rbenv #652

This commit extends my crunch theme to make use of either RVM or rbenv, depending on the list of active Oh-My-Zsh plugins. If neither the rvm nor the rbenv plugin is active, no Ruby version is displayed.

(Note: the rbenv option requires the plugin from pull request #641 to be useful.)


Thanks for sending this across. However, per the README file ( ) at this point in time... I am not going to be accepting any new themes for a while. My aim is to work out a new solution for how to manage user theme contributions better in the future, but am thinking that 100+ is already too many for folks to browse/select from. :-)
