chit: Send output to PAGER and --help option #1

Hi Robin,

Thanks for chit! Just discovered it today and it looks like something I might use a lot.

I have 2 quick patches here:

  1. Automatically send the output to the user's PAGER or more if PAGER is not defined. Yes, I could write a bash function like chit() { /usr/local/bin/chit $1 | ${PAGER} }, but why? Might as well make it use a pager by default like man, ri, etc. Folks who don't like it can always do PAGER=cat chit ...
  2. Make a --help option that does the same as chit chit. Just because --help is the first option I try when I'm playing with a new command. It's only a one line change anyway. :-)
