CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH not updated on activation #18

Unlike ros-noetic, on running

condo activate <rosfoxyenvname>

CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH is blank, resulting in issues trying to execute colcon builds

(tested on MacOS 11)

This should be fixed in Galactic / Humble.
