does not work on MacOS High Sierra

After following the instructions I've tried to start it through the terminal and I get:
python tablao.py
File "tablao.py", line 179
SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xe2' in file tablao.py on line 179, but no encoding declared; see http://python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/ for details

Any solution to this?
