Revert changes ossec-hids

• A response from Crowdin to an issue with certain things in <> showing
  up as <0> in the source document was brought to Crowdin's attention
  example showing up as <0>
• their response was that Crowdin might show the <0>, but their response
  was that Crowdin may /show/ this, but when merged it should continue to
  show what the source document had.
• these symbols had been replaced with < and > to try and fix the
  issue, but this did not work.
• Per @antoine's suggestion, these have been reverted to the original <>
  symbols to test Crowdin's answer.
