Fixes involving conversion from stand-alone document to book

• renamed the document to "LXD Server"
• renamed the 00-toc.md "Introduction"
• made sure that the privileges needed for each chapter were specified
  at the beginning and made sure they referenced "chapter" instead of
  section
• removed a duplicated section at the bottom of 01-install.md
• fixed the top line of the 02-zfs_setup.md to eliminate any mention
  of Rocky Linux versions
• fixed top line of 03-lxdinit.md so that it removed any reference of
  Rocky Linux versions, specified the privileges needed, and added a
  slightly better assumption line based on the ZFS storage pool.
• cleaned up 04-firewall.md by adding privileges needed at the top and
  emphasizing the use of firewalld for both Rocky Linux 8.6 and 9.0
• fixed wording of 05-lxd_images.md at top to be clear about
  privileges needed
• fixed privileges needed for for 06-profiles.md,
  07-configurations.md, 08-snapshots.md, and 10-automating.md
• added a mixed-privileges statement at the top of
  09-snapshot_server.md, removed mentions of Rocky Linux versions from
  the firewall sections
• changed the reference to the Book to "LXD Server" from "LXD Production
  Server" in 30-appendix_a.md
