Latest maintenance release for Cyan 1.2.

  • Added support for output compression quality
  • Added support for ImageMagick 7
  • Support for system theme
  • Fixed GIMP support on Linux

Windows version now uses ImageMagick 7.0.8. Linux and macOS still uses ImageMagick 6.9, I don't have time to update the SDK for those platforms at this time.
