SGB Price Checker

This project is a simple application that checks the best price of Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) available to purchase from the secondary market. The app fetches data from WintWealth and continuously monitors the available rates. When a good deal is found, it sends a notification to alert the user. Please note that this application is developed for personal consumption only and may not have the best or most optimized code. Feel free to update or upgrade it according to your needs.

Usage

1. Download the latest version of the "BestBuy - SGB" APK from the Releases page.

2. Install the APK on your Android device. You may need to enable "Unknown sources" in your device settings to install the APK.

3. After installation, open the "BestBuy - SGB" app.

4. Grant the necessary permission to send notifications. This is required to receive alerts when a good deal on SGB is available. To grant the permission, follow these steps:

   • Go to Settings on your Android device.
   • Select Apps or Applications.
   • Find and select BestBuy - SGB from the list of installed apps.
   • Tap on Permissions or Notification settings.
   • Enable the Notification permission.

5. Once the permission is granted, open the app and click on Start Checking and it will start fetching data from WintWealth and monitoring the available SGB rates.

6. You will receive a notification every 5 minutes. To get notification of only best deals, toggle the switch "Only Notify when SGB > 2.5%".

7. To purchase the SGB, visit sgb.wintwealth.com and complete your purchase.
