[Request] Add Rollbar MCP to Docker MCP Hub Catalog

Docker has recently released a new way to manage MCP servers with the MCP Gateway (https://github.com/docker/mcp-gateway), but doing so conveniently requires having a docker container in their official catalog:

As a user of the Rollbar MCP server I would love for this to be in their catalog so I can make use of the MCP gateway!
