Option to remove your app from the list

If someone wants, for whatever reason, to have Kaffeine no longer ping their app.

This feature would require authentification / login so that people don't remove other people's apps. I would rather keep Kaffeine as simple as possible.

That's fine. Since this won't be implemented, consider keeping track of a list of URLs that Kaffeine will no longer attempt to ping if troublesome to do so (e.g. app no longer exists). This may already exist, I haven't checked the source yet.

Kaffeine pinging your app may increase the cost of your Heroku plan. It's important to have the option to remove it from the list.
