MinecraftToIrc is for Minecraft-Server-Admins which wants to merge the Minecraft-Ingame-Chat with their IRC-Channel... This enables chatting with Minecraft-Players without being ingame. This also enables using IRC-Bots from ingame.

All minecraft users get represented through something like an relay-bot and get marked with a suffix.
