Since I publish so infrequently and tend to forget stuff.
If a user provides a custom config file but keeps the :roodi task name, Rake will run checks twice - the default ones, then the custom ones. This commit prevents multiple roodi runs under the same task name, allowing the user to specify custom config without fear.
Had a chat to Marty, and the calculation metrics were all experimental, so leave them out for now. This reverts commit bb0644d.
