This is pretty straightforward.

Do you want to preserve backwards compatibility by having the symbols continue to be available from rootpy.plotting? Do you want to have deprecation warnings?

After second thought, I think we are better off leaving them in plotting. Even though histograms and graphs aren't necessarily displayed visually, they most commonly are, and looking for them in rootpy.plotting seems most intuitive to me. Graph classes in rootpy.hist would be less intuitive. I'll close this for now.
