This is not an issue so much as a comment. As someone teaching this stuff at the University level, this package will make the lives of many stats teachers who want their students to work in markdown, but know it's a pain in the a$$ to grade them in a straightforward, so so sooooooo happy.

Thanks for your comment @jebyrnes! At this point, its pretty much a proof-of-concept, but hopefully we can make this a robust tool eventually. Its a side project for us right now, so progress will likely be slow, but we are excited to get something working.
As somebody who is not too tech-savvy to be of help, I can only subscribe to what @jebymes commented on. Living and working in a world where Word is pervasive and almost impossible to eliminate from day-to-day work, the ability to move comments and change markings between Word and Rmd back and forth will make the day of a lot of people bitten by the R/RStudio/RMarkdown ecosystem bug. Thanks for looking into this!
