As per subject.

Currently blocked as the catkin version of the macro is only available for roslaunch >= 1.9.48 and that has not been released yet.

See also roslaunch_add_file_check(..) and build dependencies on ROS Answers: current version of the macro does not support specifying dependencies (makes all tests fail, as targets have not been built).

Also: be sure to wrap any testing in CATKIN_ENABLE_TESTING conditionals. See ros-industrial/ros_industrial_issues#18.
