[catkin_generate_changelog] Reason of the error unclear 'Could neither find section "None" nor any other section' #158

You should be able to reproduce the issue by:

git clone git@github.com:ros-planning/moveit.git
cd moveit
git checkout jade-devel
git checkout fa3812c630920e29a7208167320f10eaac6b1447
catkin_generate_changelog

I looked at CHANGELOG.rst in the error message but I can't tell what's wrong/missing there. I also looked at CHANGELOG.rst files in other packages [in the same folder moveit_plugins but they seem good to me.

So what can be the issue here. Also we might want to improve error message.

The line for the latest release (https://github.com/ros-planning/moveit/blame/fa3812c630920e29a7208167320f10eaac6b1447/moveit_plugins/moveit_ros_control_interface/CHANGELOG.rst#L5) has a trailing space which doesn't comply with the spec. Therefore the script doesn't find the section.

Hm, I still get the same error after I fixed the particular file in #158 (comment)...

Ah, now I see the error message by #159 is much informative.
