[moveit.rviz] Fix always showing init pose. #89

Init pose would always be shown in addition to the current {start, goal} poses, as the screenshot below. This is useless and confusing.

Although only thing I did was to remove RobotState panel, and save as to overwrite the same .rviz file, there are some changes that seem unrelated. I do not know what happened but if some of those changes should be reverted let me know.

Anyone has any idea why the following error happens?

Indigo-pubsync for example:

rosdep install -y -q -n --from-paths . --ignore-src --rosdistro indigo
ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved to system dependencies:
pr2_jacobian_tests: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [kdl]

Couldn't say right now. I'll merge the request though. It makes sense.
This repository is in a pretty bad shape at the moment, so I am really don't that confused that CI fails for one reason or another...
