Unattach function #280

The API does not have an option to unattach an object that was previously attached right now. That said, functions for attaching / detaching objects could be added so that, after a pick operation, a place one is not necessary. Besides that, sometimes the place operation fails and MoveIt needs to be restarted to unattach the object.

There should now be attach / detach commands in C++ and Python. (Not well tested yet)

fix exported plugin xml for collision_distance_field (ros-planning#280)
Otherwise the xml can not be found on an installed workspace
