This is the result of trying to fix Jessie's issue #11394, by re-ran bloom and did the following when an error occured. Hope I did it in the right way...

==> git-bloom-generate -y rosdebian --prefix release/kinetic kinetic -i 1 --os-name debian --os-not-required
Generating source debs for the packages: ['openni2_camera']
Debian Incremental Version: 1
Debian Distributions: ['jessie']
Releasing for rosdistro: kinetic

Pre-verifying Debian dependency keys...
Running 'rosdep update'...
Could not resolve rosdep key 'libopenni2-dev' for distro 'jessie':

        Data: arch:

Failed to resolve libopenni2-dev on debian:jessie with: Error running generator: Failed to resolve rosdep key 'libopenni2-dev', aborting.

User aborted after rosdep keys were not resolved.
<== The following generator action reported that it is missing one or more
rosdep keys, but that the key exists in other platforms:
'['/usr/bin/git-bloom-generate', '-y', 'rosdebian', '--prefix', 'release/kinetic', 'kinetic', '-i', '1', '--os-name', 'debian', '--os-not-required']'

If you are absolutely sure that this key is unavailable for the platform in
question, the generator can be skipped and you can proceed with the release.
Skip generator action and continue with release [y/N]? y

Action skipped, continuing with release.

Unfortunately the source job still fails, I think it's because the tags were created by a previous bloom release.

Hm, so what should we do for the Jessie build? Make a new release instead of a build version increment?

I've backported libopenni2 (rosdep rule in #11541) it needs a rebloom with that rosdep rule added.
