version 1 end-of-life

This is the last commit we'll make to version 1 of ChromoZoom, which relied heavily on tile stitching.

Version 2 relies instead on bigBed and bigWig formats and includes a pipeline for pulling all data from UCSC that isn't already in these formats into local files formatted as such.

Version 2 is on the browserify branch, which will be merged into master, at which point this version of ChromoZoom is shelved. RIP!
