I feel like after #114 our classic wavelet algorithm started to work not-so-good @royerloic . I know it was not one of the stronger algorithms we have to start with but still wanted to drop this reminder for us to discuss to see if we can improve its denoising performance.

Tried to improve a bit, wavelet denoising is great at denoising images that have very little noise, but not so much at denoising images with lots of noise...

I also observe issues with robustness in wavelet tests actually @royerloic . I will make tests more relax and we can keep it still as a reference option.
