missing(?) executable #5

There is no executable in cmake, although it was present in previous commits(before library was moved to separate folder). Was it made this way on purpose or is it just missing?

It is on purpose. The executable is in the parent directory.
It's my way of separating GUI from algorithms.

Have you thought about making separate cmake for executable? It would be much easier to compile it...

Update: sorry, didn't see that you have already pushed it few hours ago... but i'm having some linking problems (solved & pull request sent. This way it should work for Mac and *nix)

@udovicic udovicic Fix in CMakeLists.txt
In root folder, added compiler and linker flags for OpenMP. In lib
folder, corrected path for SSBA_LIBRARY_DIR, since CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR.
Changed if clause from if(APPLE) to if(UNIX), because 'UNIX' includes
'APPLE'. Corrected library path.
