Sources and patches are stored in a singly linked list with front insertion in the spec parser, and this implementation detail leaks into packages and rpmspec queries: PATCH and SOURCE tags are in reverse order. It's a stupid bug that we should fix, it'll be trivial in c++.
Technically changing the order could break somebody's carefully crafted script but few people even know they can retrieve the patches and sources from a header/rpmspec query.
